Very bad ear infection last winter. Turned away from the Valier clinic. Never healed entirely. They didn’t deny treatment — they wanted me to go to the hospital thirty miles away.

Recurrence on 1/21 Respiratory. Caught at the clinic when I went for my booster. Recovered on my own.

Sciatica. Bad right leg, then very weak. No cure.

Fell in the night. High slippery bed. 2 Foam rubber mattresses. Rescued and checked by cop and then local EMT. Twice. EMT and his partner reformed the bed. Removed one foam slab. Did a vitals check and all was well. Haven’t fallen since.

Fell in the bathroom because toilet had a loose slippery seat. EMT did repairs. Haven’t fallen since.

Franzes removed all trash. Now gone to Phoenix. Still sore but no serious damage. Not eating but store brings food.

Necessary to know: other neighbors are unsavory. Roads are bad. I can’t drive anyway with sciatica. I have ten cats who scatter if strangers come.

My cane is an apple green sponge mop. Nice stable bottom.

Someday it will make a funny story.
